Due to the nature of our product (Pure Deionised Water), we cannot accept returns once containers are opened.

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the issue.
